Mike has litigated a wide array of cases involving commercial disputes, employment
discrimination, attorney malpractice, securities fraud, corporate restructuring,
downsizing, negligent construction and insurance coverage. Formerly an executive
responsible for collective bargaining, he has negotiated numerous agreements.
His clients have included companies of all sizes, non-profit organizations and
individuals. He has filed briefs with the United States Supreme Court on matters
ranging from the free exercise of religion to regulation of the tobacco industry. After
receiving his law degree, Mike earned a Ph.D. with a dissertation on the interrelated
nature of law, literature and Ancient Greek thought. |
