Clients consult Kevin for a trial lawyer's perspective on
potential legal problems so they never become lawsuits. Having
tried dozens of cases to verdict and litigated both within
and outside New York, Kevin knows that each problem presents
unique factual and legal issues that require an innovative
strategy tailored to his client's needs. When his clients
decide to pursue litigation, Kevin has been able to employ
strategies and litigation tools that many lawyers overlook,
using them in a variety of commercial disputes involving financial
institutions, hospitals, advertising agencies, insurers, publishers
and manufacturers. He thinks like a prosecutor, not only when
conducting internal investigations, but also in pursuing fraud
and civil RICO claims on behalf of corporate clients and in
representing individuals and companies in criminal investigations.
