Larry's approach to litigation, developed over more than 20
years of intensive experience, blends creative legal and strategic
analysis and relentless pursuit of key facts and evidence
with trenchant oral and written advocacy. Larry has successfully
represented large corporate clients in federal and state courts,
through trials and appeals, in a wide variety of subject areas
including insurance, contract, securities, ERISA, intellectual
property, and product liability.
In
recent years, Larry has been lead or co-lead counsel for major
insurers in a series of high-profile insurance fraud recovery
cases in New York, California and Florida. Larry is a tireless
and aggressive advocate who builds his client service ethic
on the belief that effective client communication and sensitivity
to client concerns are essential to building productive long-term
relationships.
