Mikaela has litigated cases in a variety of substantive areas, including commercial
law, labor and employment law, media law, and tort law. She has been involved
in court cases, arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations and has represented
both large corporations and individual clients. Prior
to joining the firm, Mikaela worked for several years on human rights and democracy
issues in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. |
