Areas of Practice
David is a commercial litigator who has practiced in New York state court and before numerous federal courts, both on a trial and on an appellate level. David’s work experience covers a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, from contract disputes to copyright enforcement actions. He has a particular emphasis, however, in litigating and mediating insurance coverage disputes and in addressing securities fraud matters.
