Catherine has litigated commercial cases and conducted internal
investigations in a wide variety of areas including antitrust,
bankruptcy, tax, contracts, securities, insurance fraud, and
insurance coverage. She has represented investment banks and
investment companies, a medical device manufacturer, a grocery
store company, a telecom company, a clothing designer, a hospital,
insurance companies, and individuals.
Catherine
also has a strong commitment to pro bono work, and has worked
on criminal appeals, policy issues for non-profit legal entities,
and a civil rights case.
