Anonymous v. Anonymous, (Sup. Ct. N.Y. Co. 2004). After trial, Kathrine obtained for her client a divorce for cause, primary custody and relocation out of state.

G.P., C.M., C.H. and L.H. v. State of Florida, 842 So. 2d 1059 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2003). Kathrine co-wrote an appellate amicus brief for pro bono clients in action that resulted in the striking of a portion of Florida's adoption law as unconstitutional. The challenged section required publication of the name and sexual history for any woman consenting to the adoption of her child when the father was unknown as a form of constructive notice.
