Mark divides his practice between complex commercial litigation
and family law. He has litigated substantial matters in the
New York State Courts and the Federal Courts in New York,
New Jersey, California, Ohio and Virginia, both on the trial
and appellate levels. The substantive areas in which Mark
concentrates his practice include first amendment law, public
health law, family law, insurance fraud and alternative dispute
resolution.
