Emily has litigated a wide range of cases in the areas of products liability,
insurance fraud, defamation, contracts, employment, medical malpractice, advertising,
publishing, and family law. She has represented various corporations, insurance
companies, hospitals, and individuals, and has also done pro bono work for Volunteer
Lawyers for the Arts and for individuals seeking political asylum. Emily worked
at the United Nations in New York and Geneva as a bilingual legal officer for
the Administrative Tribunal, a multinational panel that adjudicates employment
disputes within the UN and related international organizations.
In
addition, Emily is an award-winning filmmaker whose work has screened at film
festivals around the world. |
