Joel has experience litigating cases in a variety of areas,
including commercial disputes, insurance fraud, employment,
real property, family law and torts. He has represented corporations,
insurance companies, a hospital and individual clients.
Prior
to his joining the firm, Joel did trial and pre-trial work
for the City of New York, including a successful defense at
trial of the City and the New York City Police Department
in a false arrest case.
