Dan has appeared personally on behalf of numerous clients
in New York State trial and appellate courts, negotiating
with opposing counsel, arguing motions and conducting trials.
He currently represents insurance companies, large and small
businesses and individuals in contract and other commercial
disputes, and has extensive experience in electronic discovery
matters. Prior to his work at the firm, Dan represented tenants
and tenant groups in Brooklyn. Dan has also lived in London
and Guatemala, and was an attorney on a human rights project
in Latin America.
